A casual, no-pressure meeting to get to know one another and see if we’re a good fit.​
One In-Home Prenatal Visit
Personalized session to discuss your birth goals, explore labor options, and prepare for birth,. We will use this time to get to know one another more so that I can better support you during your labor and delivery.​
24/7 On-Call Availability from 38 Weeks
I'm available day and night from 38 weeks onward, ready to join you whenever labor begins.​
Labor Support and Advocacy
Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your entire labor and birth—from early labor until your baby arrives. ​
Immediate Postpartum Support (3-4 hours)
Support in the hours after birth to promote healing, bonding, and initial breastfeeding success.​
Back-Up Doula Coverage
Reliable backup doula support is available in the rare case that I am unavailable due to a family emergency or unforeseen circumstance.​

I have always been a doer, during your labor my preference is to stay active. If you are looking for a doula to "hold space", that is beautiful, but I am not your girl.

Massage and counter-pressure won't take away the pain of childbirth (unfortunately), but it does make the pain a bit more bearable. If I am not sore when I leave your birth, I haven't done my job well.
