Two In-Home Prenatal Visits
Personalized sessions to discuss your goals, explore labor options, and prepare for birth, we will also use this time to get to know one another more so that I can better support you during your labor and delivery. -
Collaborative Birth Plan Creation
We will work together to craft a thoughtful labor and birth plan that reflects your values and preferences, and when the time comes, I will help uphold your wishes using your birth plan as a guide. -
Ongoing Pregnancy Support
Unlimited phone, text, and email communication for questions, reassurance, and encouragement throughout your pregnancy. -
24/7 On-Call Availability from 38 Weeks
I'm available day and night from 38 weeks onward, ready to join you whenever labor begins and talk through any mounting worries. -
Labor Support and Advocacy
Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your entire labor and birth, from early labor until your baby arrives. -
Labor Time-Charting/Storying
Helping you write your birth story by taking notes during labor to mark times and special moments so that you can better recall your labor details. Notes will be printed and given at your last PP visit.​

Immediate Postpartum Support (3-4 hours)
Support in the hours after birth to promote healing, bonding, and initial breastfeeding success. -
Two Postpartum Visits
In-home check-in, debrief about your birth, discuss all the newborn things, provide emotional support, give breastfeeding guidance, if needed/desired, talk about nutrition during the PP period, and give you a relaxing foot and leg massage. -
Professional & Community Referrals
Access to trusted referrals for additional services or specialized care as needed such as PP doua services, lactation consultants, mental health support, mamma and me groups, etc. -
Back-Up Doula Coverage
Reliable backup doula support is available in the rare case I am unavailable due to a family emergency or unforeseen circumstance.

I have always been a doer, during your labor my preference is to stay active. If you are looking for a doula to "hold space", that is beautiful, but I am not your girl.

Massage and counter-pressure won't take away the pain of childbirth (unfortunately), but it does make the pain a bit more bearable. If I am not sore when I leave your birth, I haven't done my job well.
